Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy
🔹 Booking & Deposit
- ⚬ To secure your spot on the tour, a 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
- ⚬ Once we receive your deposit, we will send you a Booking Confirmation Invoice + Tour Itinerary by email/WhatsApp.
- ⚬ The remaining 70% balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour start date.
- ⚬ If you are booking less than 30 days before the tour departure, 100% payment is required upfront.
- ⚬ Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer (INR & international), UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and PayPal (for overseas clients).
Why deposit is important:
- ⚬ The deposit ensures your bike, hotel stays, permits, and support team are reserved in advance. In Ladakh, logistics and resources are limited — advance planning is critical.
🔹 Cancellation Policy (Customer-Initiated)
If you need to cancel your booking, here are the terms:
- ⚬ 45+ days before departure: Full refund of your deposit (minus bank/transaction fees).
- ⚬ 30–44 days before departure: 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
- ⚬ 15–29 days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable, but your balance (if already paid) will be refunded.
- ⚬ Less than 15 days / No-show: No refund will be issued.

Tip for riders:
- ⚬ We strongly advise travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical issues, and flight delays — so you don’t lose money if unexpected events occur.
🔹 Cancellation by Us (Company-Initiated)
If you need to cancel your booking, here are the terms:
Your safety comes first. In rare cases, we may have to cancel or reschedule a tour due to:
- ⚬ Natural disasters (landslides, floods, heavy snowfall).
- ⚬ Political or government restrictions (road closures, permits).
- ⚬ Insufficient group size (minimum riders not met).
If this happens, you’ll get:
- ✔ A 100% full refund of all payments made, OR
- ✔ The option to transfer your booking to another date/tour without extra charge.
💡 Why this matters:
- ⚬ This assures riders that their money is safe, even if unforeseen conditions force a cancellation.
🔹 Refund Process
- ⚬ Refunds are initiated within 14 working days of cancellation request.
- ⚬ International refunds may vary slightly due to currency exchange rates and bank processing fees.
- ⚬ Refunds are issued via the same payment method used during booking.
🔹 Important Notes
- ⚬ Deposits are non-refundable in certain cases because resources (bikes, permits, accommodations) are already booked in advance.
- ⚬ In case a customer cannot join but wants to transfer their booking:
- ▪️They may transfer their booking to another person (with valid riding license & documents) at least 15 days before the tour.
- ⚬ Travel insurance is mandatory for all riders.
